About this project

We designed and built Phanner, a multi-tenant operations dashboard that manages self-hosted RTMP ingest and restreaming for live broadcast operations, replacing a third-party

vendor platform. Each broadcast organisation gets its own dedicated streaming infrastructure, with encoders publishing over a private network and streams fanned out simultaneously to YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. The platform gives operators a single control plane for their entire streaming setup, managing organisations, teams, encoder units, broadcast channels and destinations, with encrypted credential storage and a live status view. Critically, the dashboard sits outside the media path, so broadcasts continue uninterrupted even during maintenance.
